Stainless steal
Chromium-nickel (main components) increase the adhesion of the "oxide film" on the surface, and it is excellent in corrosion resistance. This material is used for the pump head, valve head, column pipe or plumbing tube for HPLC system.
PEEK (Polyether ether ketone)
It is a polymer material with excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance.
PEEK material is often used as a substitute for stainless steel in bio-inert (inactive to biologucal compounds) systems because it doesn't adsorb biologucal compounds.

MP35N
MP35N is one of the Super Alloys, similar to Elgiloy. Super high elasticity and high mechanical strength. Nonmagnetic, durable, excellent in heat resistance, excellent strength such as tensile stress and yield strength. It is strong against sulfide, high temperature oxidation and hydrogen embrittlement and is excellent in corrosion resistance. Hardness is more than 700 Hv by heat treatment. Fatigue strength against repetition is high, so it is a material resistant to fatigue fracture.
MP35N is very difficult to process compared to stainless steel, and special technique is required for processing. MP35N needles have very little deformation and abrasion, So you can be used for a long period of time without maintenance.
